Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return

  • Product is in original, undamaged packaging
  • All accessories and documentation included
  • Device has not been activated or used
  • Return requested within the eligible period
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products with physical damage caused by user
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Products purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Custom-configured or engraved products
  • Products marked as final sale or clearance
  • Software licenses that have been activated

Refund Information

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Mobile money refunds may take an additional 1-2 business days.

Partial Refunds: If the returned item shows signs of use or is missing components, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
